Recent realizations + Dear Media IRL recap

Hi friends!

I went on a 2 mile run yesterday for the first time in I don’t know how long (2022?) ☠️
I used to run 6-8 miles when I lived in New York and not even think about it. After quarantine, I went heavy on the workout classes, probably because I missed the instruction and community. What I realized on my run was how much I missed guiding myself, how much I missed controlling the playlist. If there’s something you’ve “forgotten” or lost about yourself, I urge you to explore it and lean into it a little. You may not know what you’re missing. 🤍

DEAR MEDIA IRL EVENT (RECAP) 

I had the opportunity to attend the Dear Media IRL event in Austin, TX and listen to some incredible panelist speak on their experience in business, fashion, beauty and podcasting. My biggest takeaway from this event was the realization that the biggest connections I made at the event were those in the audience. Though I loved listening to the panelist, the networking and connections I made with other entrepreneurs was the real gem for me. You might already know that I'm driven by my passions and goals and constantly taking action, but what you might not realize is my firm belief that continuous learning is essential, regardless of how successful one perceives themselves to be.
